Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (open through lunch)
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (For administration purposes only)
At our office, we ensure that patients receive the most advanced dental care. We regularly attend seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. We are committed to making our patients' care our top priority.
Appointments are an important part of your care, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We ask that you please give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel as we understand there can be unforeseen events which require you to miss an appointment. We really appreciate your cooperation!
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill the insurance companies for their share. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer them.
